SELLER PRE-LISTING PROPERTY INSPECTION

Tampa Bay pre-listing property inspection. There is no report included, but a lot of information. Priced about 35% less than a traditional property inspection, the client does a walk around with the property inspector and discusses any visible issues from the ground as well as the walls and ceiling. The HVAC air handler is also opened and inspected as well as the main electrical panel. You also will have the opportunity to ask any questions regarding concerns you may have about your property.  The estimated time is about 1 hour for a 2,000 SF home.
