Structural Inspection
We look at the foundation type, framing materials and check for major and minor problems visible in the foundation, floor, wall and roof framing.
Electrical Inspection
The electrical panel is removed and checked for capacity and safety. The electrical outlets are tested and the electrical system is evaluated in terms of its current condition. Upgrades and repairs are noted and recommended as appropriate.
Heating and Air Conditioning Inspection
The property is assessed for the capacity of the existing air conditioning equipment. The age of the equipment and life expectancy of the unit is considered and recommendations are made for appropriate repairs and upgrades.
